Acetyl-L-carnitine, taurine, vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, purified water, color: calcium carbonate), anti-caking agent: magnesium steate and silicon dioxide, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vit. B6).
1 or 2 capsules/day.
Take 1 or 2 capsules 30-45 minutes before physical exercise. On days without physical activity, it is recommended to take 1 or 2 capsules before breakfast.
