Maltodextrin (glucose polymers), creatine monohydrate, acid: citric acid; creatine ethyl ester hydrochloride, dicalcium phosphate, acid: sodium carbonate; tri-creatine malate, tri-creatine citrate, di-creatine malate, Kre-Alkalyn® creatine, CarnoSyn® beta-alanine, dipotassium phosphate, disodium phosphate, flavoring, beetroot juice (only in fruit punch flavor and orange flavor), sweeteners: sucralose and acesulfame-K; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, color: curcumin (only in orange flavor).
20.6 g (1 scoop).
Mix 1 scoop (20.6 g) 30-60 minutes before physical activity with 200 ml-300 ml of water or juice and drink immediately. Drink plenty of water while using this product throughout the day to maximize hydration.
