Dandelion root extract (Taraxacum officinale), vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, purified water, colour: calcium carbonate), uva-ursi leaf extract (Arctostaphylos uva-ursi), guarana seed dry extract (22% caffeine) (Paullinia cupana – seed), Asparagus racemosus extract (root), Urtica dioica (nettle - root), watermelon dry extract (Citrullus vulgaris – pulp), green tea extract (Camellia sinensis – leaf), tripotassium citrate, parsley extract (Petroselinum hortense – leaf and stem), Betula pendula bark, rose hip extract (Rosa canina – fruit), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), stabiliser: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (Methocel®); anti-caking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.

Take 3 capsules after breakfast and 3 capsules after lunch with 300 ml of water. It is recommended to drink 6 to 8 glasses of water a day. Do not take before going to sleep (at least 4 hours before).
