ZMA® [zinc as monomethionine sulphate and L-aspartate, magnesium citrate, magnesium oxide, pyridoxine hydrochloride], Saw Palmetto extract (Serenoa repens fruit), gelatin capsule (pure gelatin, water, colour: titanium dioxide), cholecalciferol 0.1%, Taxadrol® (Pinus sylvestris bark and needle leaf extract), anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.

Take 1 capsule with 200 ml of water before physical activity.
